Orders are processed the same business day if placed on a weekday before 4 p.m. local time. Orders placed on weekends, holidays and weekdays after 4 p.m. will not be ready until the next business day.
We ask that you wait until you receive an email confirming your item is ready for pickup to visit your branch.

Products that are not in stock when you place your order will be ready for pickup when that item becomes available. We will email you to let you know when it's ready for pickup.
So please note that although you can order an item that is not currently in stock at your local branch, if you select today's date for pickup, your item will not be available until we notify you.

The products that are in stock at your selected location will be available on the day you choose for pickup. Items that are not in stock at the location at the time of order will be able to be picked up when that product arrives at your branch. We will email you each time products become available for pickup.
We will hold your items for pickup for five business days. If you miss your branch pickup window, we will cancel and restock the order. You will be credited for the order. Please re-place your order to schedule another pickup. Your ADI Representative will contact you regarding the status of your order.
