The ASCO Model 252 Surge Protective Device is an advanced three-stage hybrid, solid state power line protector. Features such as noise filtering, common mode and normal mode suppression, nanosecond reaction time, power line tracking, and compression screw terminations, make the Model 252 Surge Protective Device an excellent choice in commercial and industrial applications.
The ASCO Model 252 (Edco HSP121BT-1RU) is a hardwire 3-stage hybrid protector, featuring a 15 amp replaceable fuse, failure indicator and noise filtering. In the rare event of the unit failing, the equipment is removed from the load. ANSI/UL1449 Fourth Edition, Type 4.
