Credit FAQs
Yes, our customers have two options for credit based on their annual sales
and estimated credit spend. Following your customer application, you may apply for a credit limit under $25,000 or a credit limit over $25,000. You will receive an email from our credit
department when your application is approved.
We extend credit to our customers based on a Dun & Bradstreet report and
references. Other company information, like audited financials, may be required for larger credit
lines.
Yes, customers may choose not to apply for a credit line with ADI. We know that some
customers would rather pay for orders at the time of purchase. Please be aware that customers who do
not open a credit line with ADI must pay for orders in full when receiving their order.
Customers may request an increase on their credit limit with either their branch
sales team or to the credit analyst assigned to their account. Additional information may be
necessary to increase the credit line.
You may begin using credit at ADI as soon as our credit department emails you
notifying you that your application was approved.
Upon qualification, ADI’s credit terms for most new customers are 45 days.
