We sometimes offer limited-time promotions for free or flat rate ground shipping on online orders. Check the homepage and sign up for our emails to get information on current shipping promotions. We do offer free ground shipping on online orders of $500 or more.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, the carrier and the shipping method chosen. We will send you an email notification with tracking information when you place an online order.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place an order on the website. Most packages leave our facilities within one day. We will send you another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order in your online account under "Orders." Yes. If you have freight terms with a separate shipping provider, or if you have a preferred carrier, contact your local ADI Branch Representative for details on how to get them added to your account. You will be able to checkout online with your preferences.
