You will get immediate online access to browse products following your customer application by receiving an email with login information. You will be able to place orders through the ADI website or the ADI mobile app only after our team verifies your company information within 1-2 business days. During this process, you may hear from an ADI representative.

Yes, our customers have two options for credit based on their annual sales and estimated credit spend. Following your customer application, you may also apply for a credit limit under $25,000 or a credit limit over $25,000. You will receive an email from our credit department when your application is approved.

No. While you do not have to maintain a certain level of spending to become or remain an ADI customer, our AV customers are eligible to receive special rebates and membership rewards when they purchase a minimum of $50,000 annually of AV products manufactured by program vendors from ADI.
